These Terms and Conditions apply to all individuals ("Attendees") registering for or attending events ACG Toronto organized or facilitated through our platform ("Platform"). By registering for the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By attending the 2025 ACG Toronto Capital Connection, Opening Dinner and DealSource North, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. These materials may be used by the organizing association for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes, including but not limited to use on websites, social media, and print publications.
You agree to receive communications regarding the 2025 ACG Toronto Capital Connection, Opening Dinner and DealSource North, including important updates and logistical information. You may also be added to our newsletter mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in the emails.
ACG Toronto reserves the right to collect and share the list of registered attendee names and email addresses with all other attendees, sponsors and event contributors. By registering for this event, you authorize ACG Toronto to share the information provided for you and your guests.
ACG Toronto reserves the right to share the list of registered attendee names and company with all other attendees, sponsors, and event contributors. By registering for this event, you grant ACG Toronto the right to display and/or share your name as a registered participant both before, during and after the event dates.
You may opt out of name and company inclusion on registration.
The organizing association and its partners are not liable for any illness, injury, or other health-related issues that may occur during or as a result of attending the Event. Attendance is at your own risk, and you're encouraged to carry appropriate health insurance.
a. By the Attendee
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to torontoregistration@acg.org. Refund eligibility is subject to the following:
More than 10 days before the Event: 90% refund.
10 days – 72 hours before the Event: 50% refund.
Less than 72 hours before the Event: No refund.
b. By the Association
The organizing association reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the Event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, low attendance). In such cases, Attendees will be notified and offered the option of a refund or transfer to a future event. The association and its affiliates are not responsible for any other costs incurred, including travel or accommodation.
All Attendees are expected to behave in a professional, respectful manner throughout the Event. Harassment, discrimination, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Violations may result in removal from the Event without a refund and exclusion from future events.
Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements. The organizing association assumes no responsibility for travel delays, disruptions, cancellations, or any associated costs.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Event content (presentations, recordings, materials) is the intellectual property of the organizing association or respective speakers. Attendees may not record, reproduce, or distribute Event content without prior written consent from the rights holder.
Some aspects of the Event may be provided by third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, transport providers, platforms). Attendees must comply with all relevant terms and conditions of such suppliers. The organizing association is not liable for any issues arising from interactions with third-party providers.
The organizing association reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the Event website or registration platform.
