Scott is responsible for originating new investment opportunities and managing relationships with business owners, advisors and key deal flow sources. Prior to joining Banyan in 2019, Scott worked at Avison Young where he was responsible for the origination and execution of commercial real estate sale and lease transactions. Prior to that, Scott worked in M&A transaction services at Deloitte

Catherine Fisette, Managing Partner, Norcap Global Partners

Catherine has 16+ years of experience in general management, sales, strategic partnerships, M&A, and corporate development. Catherine specializes in Buy-side Acquisitions and Strategic Partnerships mandates. Before joining NORCAP Global Partners, she was a Managing Director for a well-established industry-leading retailer and manufacturer.

DealSource North is a private event restricted to members of ACG Toronto and invited guests. ACG Toronto reserves the right to collect and share the list of registered attendee names and email addresses with all other attendees, sponsors and event contributors. By registering for this event, you authorize ACG Toronto to share the information provided for you and your guests.

PHOTOGRAPHY TERMS

Photos will be taken at the event. By registering you waive your right to privacy and grant permission to ACG Toronto, it’s event sponsors and supporters to use your image or likeness for promotional purposes both now and in the future.

Eligibility Criteria

The pre-scheduled meetings are limited to participation from Investment Banks and M&A Advisory firms to meet with Private Equity, Capital providers, Corporate Development and Family Office firms from Canada and the U.S. We do not include M&A partners: law, accounting or consulting firms or alternative lenders, debt or credit funds. None of our ACG member firms in these categories are eligible to participate at DSN.

If you'd like to add 'additional contact' tickets, you can include them in your cart before the registration purchase.

May I attend the Conference pre-scheduled meetings on November 12, 2024?

The pre-scheduled meetings are limited to:

a. Private Equity firms

b. Capital Providers

c. M&A Advisory firms

d. Investment Banks

e. Family Office

These are the only industry sectors who qualify to participate in the meetings.

If you select “OTHER” category from the drop-down menu, during registration, please note that it will not allow you to register for DealSource North, but only for Capital Connection on November 12th.

How do I register my colleague as part of the company registration?

Once you complete your registration process, at the summary page, please select: Additional Meeting Partner. Then proceed to complete their personal information.

Please note that the Primary Attendee, will be deemed the booker of 1:1 meetings. Additional attendees will not have scheduler access. This is designed to avoid double bookings, overlapping meetings, etc.

When is the registration deadline?

Registration deadline is Oct 20, 2024 at 11:59pm EDT to ensure we give attendees enough time to book their 1:1 meetings.

How do I book my 1:1, 20-minute meetings?

The primary registered attendee will be provided access to the online meeting scheduler. Instructions for accessing the scheduler and booking meetings will be sent to the primary registrant. The meeting scheduler is now open.
